These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of centralizedclothing.com and any purchase you make from Centralized Clothing ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Using our store

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate information when you check out and to use this site only for lawful purposes.

2. Products and made-to-order production

Every item is printed or embroidered after you order it by our production partner. We work to show colors and details accurately, but colors can look slightly different on different screens, and print placement can vary slightly from item to item. Measurements in our Size Guide may vary by about 1 inch.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Shipping and any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout; we never see or store your full card details. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed.

4. Orders and cancellations

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product was listed with the wrong price or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we'll refund you in full. Because production starts quickly, contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order; we can only do so if production hasn't started.

5. Discount codes

Discount codes can't be exchanged for cash, are limited to one use per customer unless stated otherwise, and only apply before their expiration date. We may end a promotion at any time.

6. Shipping

Production and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is delivered to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.

7. Returns and refunds

Because items are made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. Damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect items are covered by our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The Centralized Clothing name, logo, designs, product photos and site content belong to us. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.

9. Reviews and comments

If you submit a review, photo or comment, you confirm it is your own honest experience and give us permission to display it on our site and social media. We may remove content that is offensive, unlawful or unrelated to our products.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent allowed by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

11. Privacy

How we collect and use your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
