How long will my order take?

Every item is made to order. Production usually takes 2–7 business days (embroidered items like hats and beanies can take a little longer). After that, orders within the United States typically arrive in 3–5 business days. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Why might my order arrive in more than one package?

Some items are made at different production facilities, so a multi-item order can ship separately. Each package gets its own tracking.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on what's in your cart.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because every piece is made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. How do I pick the right size?

All of our pieces use unisex sizing from S to 2XL. Check the Size Guide or the chart on each product page. If you're between sizes or like a roomier fit, size up, especially for sweatpants.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders go into production quickly. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll cancel or update it if production hasn't started yet.

How should I wash my Centralized pieces?

Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't bleach, and don't iron directly on the print or embroidery.

What's the difference between the Logo and Plain versions?

Logo versions have the Centralized Clothing logo on the chest (or leg on shorts and sweats). Plain versions keep the front clean, with just a tiny Centralized mark on the back.
